I developed and ran The Education Initiative, a Harvard Medical School affiliated program at The Mind/Body Medical Institute of Boston's Beth-Israel Deaconess Medical Center (now the Benson-Henry Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital) for seven years and I currently work in the field as a consultant and independent contractor.

I have been in the field of SEL/SEW for 25 years. Currently I run a SEL/SEW and Mindfulness consulting practice that has provided training at public and private schools in Boston, MA; Brookline, MA; Milton, MA; Newark, NJ; Los Angeles, and Rochester, NY, among other locations. Recent programs include Brookline Early Education Program (BEEP), Bright Horizons sites, and Milton Academy.
